#537 The Pseudo Criticism Problem: Why Leaders Ask for Feedback and Then Punish It

Many organisations claim to be open to criticism. They say feedback is welcome, voices should be heard, and criticism helps the business grow. Yet in practice, employees who raise uncomfortable issues are often sidelined, corrected, ignored or punished. In this episode, leadership expert Niels Brabandt analyses what he calls the pseudo criticism problem: the gap between performative openness and real accountability.
